In your role of coach
• Review low-level designs, code adhering to organization and industry standards (quality assurance)
• Coach developers in the organisation to improve their frontend skills
• Guide junior developers during their selfstudy/training in Angular
• Remain abreast with the upcoming technologies as needed. Ensures compliance of project deliverables are in line with Project Management methodologies.
In your role of expert
• Align with other Angular coaches on guidelines, standards, extra training needs ,…
• Coach the coach: support us in grooming potential future Angular coaches to expert/coach level.
• Manage Angular training path: keep in lign with organisation’s need and market standards
• Provide feedback to the organisation about the progress of development skills of our developers
• You will be involved in helping to give direction to our frontend development ecosystem of the future.
