IT Project Manager
Context:
The program aims to continue the implementation and automation of IT processes using out-of-the-box ServiceNow solutions. We apply a strong platform ADOPT strategy to be future proof when new features get released.
Your team consists of diverse profiles from different departments and external partners, necessitating effective team dynamics to achieve successful results. An assertive, though connecting communication style is critical.
You will also be taking the role of change manager to embed the solution well in our organization and monitor the user acceptance.
The main project is to transition from our legacy IT asset management systems to ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management module. It also contains the transition from a customized ServiceNow Field Service Management to a fully out of the box implementation that integrates well with our SAP environment.
Role:
The IT Project Manager (IT PM) and his team is responsible for successfully completing projects. The IT PM manages diverse teams of experts located in Belgium and India and coordinates with multiple senior management stakeholders (C-level). The standard language is English, optional Dutch.
Responsibilities:
As an IT Project Manager, you are responsible for:
Delivering Project Output: Ensuring project deliverables are completed within the agreed scope, time, and cost.
Guaranteeing Project Progress:
- Managing the project team.
-Coordinating project work.
-Enforcing decisions.
Monitoring and Managing:
-Scope, planning, and cost of the project.
-ServiceNow platform ADOPT strategy within the project.
-Escalating changes to the agreed scope, time, and cost according to expected processes.
Managing Stakeholder Expectations:
-Mapping and maintaining an overview of stakeholders.
-Following up and managing project-related communications.
-Managing Business Change: Overseeing the transition and integration of business changes resulting from the project according the Colruyt Group IT change framework (ADKAR).
Expected Output:
As an IT Project Manager, you will deliver the following (non exhaustive list):
A high-quality, up-to-date, and validated project sheet in the standard format.
A list of project deliverables in a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
A project decision matrix
A risk register
A stakeholder mapping
A qualitative and up-to-date project plan with mapped dependencies and milestones.
A project status report in the standard format
Short-, medium-, and long-term resource demand and mobilization plan
A business change and release plan
